In Friday's non-league contest, the host Cascade Christian Challengers basketball team scored a good 52-44 triumph over the Stanfield Tigers.
The Challengers (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Amity (Amity, OR). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Amity topped Crane (Crane, OR), 69-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Stanfield will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 7-1 record after their 54-52 non-league win over Desert Pines (Las Vegas, NV).
