California High School Basketball - Grossmont can't hold off Imperial

The Imperial Tigers nipped the host Grossmont Foothillers basketball squad by a final score of 49-42 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Tigers face the Hamilton Yankees (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, January 4. Imperial will attempt to upgrade on its 11-2 season record. The Yankees enter the outing with a 9-2 record after their 68-32 non-league win over Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA).

The Foothillers (13-2) will now prepare for their outing against Hesperia (Hesperia, CA). The Scorpions enter the non-league outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Hesperia was nipped by Imperial (Imperial, CA), 47-29, in a non-league outing.
