Indiana High School Basketball - Northwestern thwarts Manchester

January 3, 2025: Kokomo, IN 46901

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN) and the visiting Manchester Squires (North Manchester, IN), observed Northwestern's basketball team knock off Manchester by a score of 47-33.

The Tigers (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Kokomo (Kokomo, IN). The Wildkats come into the non-league challenge with a 11-5 record. In their last challenge, Kokomo prevailed over Frankton (Frankton, IN), 57-35, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Squires encounter the Churubusco Eagles (Churubusco, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 8. Manchester will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 50-23 non-league win over Fort Wayne Canterbury (Fort Wayne, IN).
