With the victory, Providence Catholic advances its record to 11-7 on the year. The Celtics host DePaul College Prep (Chicago, IL) to face the Rams in a Girls Catholic - Red match on Monday, January 6. The Rams enter the match with a record of 10-6. DePaul College Prep won 62-20 in their recent non-league match against Highland Park (Highland Park, IL)

The Trevians now own a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Ignatius College Prep for a non-league match on Saturday, January 4. New Trier will face a Wolfpack squad coming off a 60-44 non-league win over Morton (Morton, IL). The Wolfpack record now stands at 12-2.
