The The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins (Palmdale, CA) basketball edged the visiting Paraclete Spirits (Lancaster, CA), 49-48 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Griffins now possess a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Classical Academy for a Heritage bout on Saturday, January 4. The Palmdale Aerospace Academy will play a Knights team coming off a 48-9 league win over St. Monica Academy (Montrose, CA). The Knights record now stands at 11-2.
