The Paul W. Bryant Stampede (Cottondale, AL) basketball were winner over the visiting Sipsey Valley Bears (Buhl, AL), 55-40 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Stampede now possess a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Huffman for a non-league bout on Monday, January 6. Paul W. Bryant will play a Vikings team coming off a 67-52 non-league loss to Homewood (Homewood, AL). The Vikings record now stands at 4-10.
With the loss, Sipsey Valley falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Brookwood (Brookwood, AL) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 7-5.
