North Carolina High School Basketball - South Point triumphant over Cox Mill

January 3, 2025: Concord, NC 28027

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) and the host Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC), observed South Point's basketball team overwhelm Cox Mill by a margin of 52-4.

The Red Raiders (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Jaguars come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record.

In their next game, the Chargers battle the A.L. Brown Wonders (Kannapolis, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Cox Mill will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Wonders come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 30-21 league loss to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC).
