New York High School Ice Hockey - Queensbury knocks off La Salle Institute

The Queensbury Spartans ice hockey team scored 5 points and held the host La Salle Institute Cadets to 2 in the Spartans league victory on Friday.
The Spartans now hold a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Syracuse for a non-league bout on Friday, January 10.
With the defeat, La Salle Institute moves to 1-2 on the season. The Cadets host Shenendehowa (Clifton Park, NY) to play the Plainsmen in a Division 1 bout on Saturday, January 4. The Plainsmen go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Shenendehowa won 6-3 in their recent non-league bout against Massena (Massena, NY)
