The Squalicum Storm basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Blaine Borderites to 36 in the Storm non-league triumph on Friday.

The Storm now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Ferndale for a non-league game on Monday, January 6. Squalicum will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 71-15 non-league loss to Lakewood (Arlington, WA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, Blaine falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Borderites travel to Mt. Baker (Deming, WA) to confront the Mountaineers in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 8. The Mountaineers go into the game with a record of 5-2.
