In Friday's non-league contest, the host Ridgefield Spudders basketball team scored a close 53-46 win over the Centralia Tigers.
The Spudders (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Washougal (Washougal, WA). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Washougal edged Battle Ground (Battle Ground, WA), 56-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Aberdeen Bobcats (Aberdeen, WA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 8. Centralia will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record.
