The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Coeur d'Alene Vikings (Coeur d'Alene, ID) and the visiting Hermiston Bulldogs (Hermiston, WA), observed Coeur d'Alene's basketball team overwhelm Hermiston by a score of 60-24.

The Vikings (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Post Falls (Post Falls, ID). The Trojans come into the challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Post Falls was routed by Ferris (Spokane, WA), 61-52, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs encounter the Kamiakin Braves (Kennewick, WA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 4. Hermiston will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Braves go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 62-48 non-league win over Hanford (Richland, WA).
