Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Mt. Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, TX) and the host Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers (Frisco, TX), saw Mt. Pleasant's soccer squad triumph over Lebanon Trail by a count of 5-0.
The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Creekview (Carrollton, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Creekview was overwhelmed by Panther Creek (Frisco, TX), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Trail Blazers confront the Palo Duro Dons (Amarillo, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, January 4. Lebanon Trail will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
