Connecticut High School Basketball - American School for the Deaf topped by Marvelwood

The Marvelwood Pterodactyls basketball team scored 80 points and restricted the visiting American School for the Deaf Tigers to 60 in the Pterodactyls non-league victory on Monday.

The Pterodactyls now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to American School for the Deaf for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 2.

The Tigers (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Horace Mann School for the Deaf (Allston, MA). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Horace Mann School for the Deaf prevailed over American School for the Deaf (West Hartford, CT), 40-22, in a non-league contest.
