In Monday's non-league match, the host Keyser Golden Tornado basketball team scored a good 70-55 triumph over the Bishop Walsh Spartans.
In their next game, the Golden Tornado meet the Berkeley Springs Indians (Berkeley Springs, WV) in a Potomac Valley AA match, on Thursday, February 2. Keyser will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 7-8 record after their 74-35 non-league loss to Fort Hill (Cumberland, MD).
With the defeat, Bishop Walsh moves to 5-15 on the year. The Spartans travel to Long Island Lutheran (Brookville, NY) to meet the Crusaders in a PSAL Area Freelance match on Thursday, February 2.
