In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Hanson Beavers basketball team scored a good 57-44 triumph over the Canistota Hawks.
In their next game, the Beavers meet the Wagner Red Raiders (Wagner, SD) in a A Region 5 match, on Tuesday, January 31. Hanson will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Red Raiders enter the match with a 5-7 record after their 56-44 non-league loss to Irene/Wakonda (Irene, SD).
