Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Kentwood Conquerors (Covington, WA) and the visiting Decatur Golden Gators (Federal Way, WA), saw Kentwood's basketball squad knock off Decatur by a tally of 84-65.

With the victory, Kentwood improves its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Conquerors travel to Kentridge (Kent, WA) to play the Chargers in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 15-4.

Next up, the Golden Gators play the Tahoma Bears (Maple Valley, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Decatur will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 66-54 league loss to Federal Way (Federal Way, WA).
