The Lyman Raiders routed the visiting New Underwood Tigers basketball team by a final score of 69-39 in Monday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Raiders face the Gregory Gorillas (Gregory, SD) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 2. Lyman will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Gorillas enter the game with a 7-5 record after their 66-62 non-league loss to Mt. Vernon/Plankinton (Mt. Vernon, SD).
With the defeat, New Underwood moves to 6-7 on the year. The Tigers travel to Philip (Philip, SD) to face the Scotties in a B Region 7 game on Tuesday, January 31. The Scotties enter the game with a record of 10-3. Philip won 75-34 in their recent non-league game against Newell (Newell, SD)
