The Oak Harbor Wildcats basketball team scored 77 points and held the host Mt. Baker Mountaineers to 55 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burlington-Edison for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest on Thursday, February 2. Oak Harbor will meet a Tigers team coming off a 72-56 league win over Bellingham (Bellingham, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-10.

The Mountaineers (2-14) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA). The Bulldogs enter the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 12-5 record. In their last contest, Mount Vernon triumphed over Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA), 83-44, in a league contest.
