The New Rockford-Sheyenne Rockets basketball team (New Rockford, ND), was overwhelmed 70-38 in Monday's league battle with the host North Star co-op [Cando/Bisbee-Egeland] Bearcats (Cando, ND)
The Bearcats now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. John for a B Region 4 battle on Friday, February 17.
The Rockets (7-12) will now prepare for their battle against Fargo Davies (Fargo, ND). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 10-2 record. In their last battle, Fargo Davies trounced Grand Forks Central (Grand Forks, ND), 86-63, in a league battle.
