The Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers basketball team (Gettysburg, SD), dropped 79-65 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Northwestern Area Wildcats (Mellette, SD)
The Wildcats now possess a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Aberdeen Christian for a B Region 1 battle on Thursday, February 2. Northwestern Area will confront a Knights team coming off a 73-30 non-league win over North Central (Eureka, SD). The Knights record now stands at 13-0.
The Battlers (1-11) will now prepare for their battle against Roncalli (Aberdeen, SD). The Cavaliers come into the non-league battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Roncalli dropped by Mobridge-Pollock (Mobridge, SD), 58-51, in a non-league battle.
