In Monday's league outing, the Thomas More Prep-Marian Monarchs (Hays, KS) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Oakley Plainsmen (Oakley, KS), by a margin of 67-35.
The Monarchs (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Trego (WaKeeney, KS). The Golden Eagles go into the Mid-Continent outing with a 8-6 record. In their last outing, Trego smashed Plainville (Plainville, KS), 43-40, in a non-league outing.
