The Ambridge Bridgers basketball team (Ambridge, PA), was routed 76-30 in Monday's league battle with the host Central Valley Warriors (Monaca, PA)

The Warriors now sport a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beaver for a WPIAL 4A 2 battle on Thursday, February 2. Central Valley will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 29-21 league loss to Quaker Valley (Leetsdale, PA). The Bobcats record now stands at 11-6.

The Bridgers (1-14) will now prepare for their battle against Blackhawk (Beaver Falls, PA). The Cougars come into the WPIAL 4A 2 battle with a 16-2 record. In their last battle, Blackhawk trounced Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA), 43-31, in a league battle.
