The Black Hawk Warriors basketball team (South Wayne, WI), was overwhelmed 64-35 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Mineral Point Pointers (Mineral Point, WI)

The Pointers now possess a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Boscobel for a Southwest Wisconsin Activities battle on Thursday, February 2. Mineral Point will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 85-35 league loss to Cuba City (Cuba City, WI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-11.

The Warriors (5-9) will now prepare for their battle against River Ridge/Scales Mound (Hanover, IL). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 23-5 record.
