The East Catholic Eagles basketball team (Manchester, CT), was nudged 48-42 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Bristol Central Rams (Bristol, CT)
The Rams now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to RHAM for a non-league battle on Friday, February 3. Bristol Central will battle a Raptors team coming off a 51-33 non-league win over Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT). The Raptors record now stands at 10-5.
The Eagles (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Sports & Medical Sciences Academy (Hartford, CT). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 6-8 record. In their last battle, Sports & Medical Sciences Academy was nudged by Canton (Canton, CT), 63-34, in a league battle.
