In Monday's league match, the host McKinley Tech Trainers basketball team scored a tight 2-0 triumph over the Cardozo Clerks.
In their next game, the Trainers meet the Coolidge Colts (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA match, on Wednesday, February 1. McKinley Tech will attempt to move on its 11-7 season record. The Colts enter the match with a 13-7 record after their 66-6 league win over Eastern (Washington, DC).
With the defeat, Cardozo moves to 0-12 on the year.
