California High School Basketball - Verdugo Hills thwarted by Eagle Rock

The Verdugo Hills Dons basketball team (Tujunga, CA), dropped 50-40 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Eagle Rock Eagles (Los Angeles, CA)

The Eagles now possess a 20-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marshall for a Northern battle on Wednesday, February 1. Eagle Rock will battle a Barristers team coming off a 52-33 league win over Franklin (Los Angeles, CA). The Barristers record now stands at 11-7.

The Dons (16-10) will now prepare for their battle against Grant (Van Nuys, CA). The Lancers come into the East Valley battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, Grant dropped by Poly (Sun Valley, CA), 63-20, in a league battle.
