In Monday's league outing, the Mt. Carmel Cubs (New Orleans, LA) basketball squad edged the host Edna Karr Cougars (New Orleans, LA), by a count of 41-35.
The Cubs (15-8) will now prepare for their outing against St. Katharine Drexel (Redford, MI). The Aggies go into the non-league outing with a 3-3 record.
The Cougars now hold a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Benjamin Franklin for a non-league outing on Monday, February 6.
