California High School Basketball - Foothill can't hold off Garces Memorial

The Garces Memorial Rams basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Foothill Trojans to 51 in the Rams non-league victory on Monday.

The Rams now sport a 8-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Frontier for a South Yosemite - River contest on Tuesday, January 31. Garces Memorial will battle a Titans team coming off a 56-46 non-league loss to Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA). The Titans record now stands at 5-16.

The Trojans (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Arvin (Arvin, CA). The Bears come into the South Yosemite - Horizon contest with a 9-16 record. In their last contest, Arvin edged Golden Valley (Bakersfield, CA), 42-40, in a league contest.
