With the victory, Weeping Water improves its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE) to confront the Knights in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 14-4. Elmwood-Murdock won 49-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Johnson County Central (Tecumseh, NE)

Next up, the Falcons confront the Sterling Jets (Sterling, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Freeman will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record.
