The Hermantown Hawks basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines to 54 in the Hawks non-league victory on Monday.

The Hawks now sport a 4-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Denfeld for a AAA Section 7 contest on Thursday, February 2. Hermantown will battle a Hunters team coming off a 93-23 non-league loss to South Ridge (Culver, MN). The Hunters record now stands at 2-13.

The Wolverines (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain Iron-Buhl (Mountain Iron, MN). The Rangers come into the non-league contest with a 15-3 record.
