Southeast Polk Rams (Pleasant Hill, IA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lincoln Railsplitters (Des Moines, IA), 79-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Southeast Polk upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Johnston (Johnston, IA) to play the Dragons in a Central Iowa Metro - Central bout on Friday, February 10. The Dragons come into the bout with a record of 18-1.

Next up, the Railsplitters play the Waterloo East Trojans (Waterloo, IA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 31. Lincoln will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Trojans enter the game with a 5-11 record after their 56-54 non-league win over Fort Dodge (Fort Dodge, IA).
