The Harford Tech Cobras (Bel Air, MD) basketball felled the host Eastern Tech Mavericks (Baltimore, MD), 53-44 in Monday's league test.
The Cobras (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Franklin (Reisterstown, MD). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 10-1 record. In their last test, Franklin thwarted Western Tech & Environmental Science (Baltimore, MD), 66-39, in a league test.
The Mavericks now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Overlea for a test on Wednesday, February 1.
