The Abraham Lincoln Railsplitters basketball team scored 84 points and held the visiting John Bartram Braves to 79 in the Railsplitters league triumph on Tuesday.
The Railsplitters now sport a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Philadelphia for a Philadelphia Public - Independence contest on Thursday, February 1. Abraham Lincoln will meet a Speedboys team coming off a 66-58 league win over Overbrook (Philadelphia, PA). The Speedboys record now stands at 8-11.
The Braves (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Constitution (Philadelphia, PA). The Generals enter the Philadelphia Public - Independence contest with a 14-5 record. In their last contest, Constitution nudged Methacton (Norristown, PA), 66-60, in a non-league contest.
