The Aurora Christian Eagles basketball team scored 48 points and held the host St. Edward Green Wave to 31 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wheaton Academy for a Chicagoland Christian contest on Thursday, February 1. Aurora Christian will meet a Warriors team coming off a 70-39 league win over Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 12-9.

The Green Wave (9-15) will now prepare for their contest against West Chicago (West Chicago, IL). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 6-20 record. In their last contest, West Chicago was outscored by Aurora East (Aurora, IL), 62-49, in a league contest.
