In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Blake Bengals (Silver Spring, MD) basketball squad beat the visiting Einstein Titans (Kensington, MD), by a margin of 64-44.
The Bengals (8-4) will now prepare for their outing against Damascus (Damascus, MD). The Hornets go into the non-league outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Damascus defeated Northwood (Silver Spring, MD), 51-44, in a non-league outing.
The Titans now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Northwood for a Montgomery 4A South outing on Friday, February 2. Einstein will clash with a Gladiators squad coming off a 83-48 non-league loss to Seneca Valley (Germantown, MD). The Gladiators record now stands at 5-11.
