Illini Bluffs Tigers (Glasford, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Brimfield Indians (Brimfield, IL), 50-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Illini Bluffs upgrades its record to 22-3 on the campaign. The Tigers host Hartsburg-Emden (Hartsburg, IL) to play the Stags in a Tomahawk bout on Friday, February 2. The Stags come into the bout with a record of 6-18. Hartsburg-Emden lost 84-49 in their recent non-league bout against Edinburg (Edinburg, IL)

Next up, the Indians play the Delavan Panthers (Delavan, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Brimfield will attempt to upgrade on its 10-12 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 13-12 record after their 30-24 non-league loss to North Mac (Virden, IL).
