Broken Bow Indians (Broken Bow, NE) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Lexington Minutemen (Lexington, NE), 53-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Broken Bow upgrades its record to 3-11 on the season. The Indians travel to Ogallala (Ogallala, NE) to clash with the Indians in a C1 District 11 bout on Saturday, February 3. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 18-1.

Next up, the Minutemen clash with the Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders (Grand Island, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Lexington will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 56-51 non-league win over Aquinas (David City, NE).
