The Bullitt Central Cougars (Shepherdsville, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Frankfort Panthers (Frankfort, KY), 71-46 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cougars (8-12) will now prepare for their test against North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY). The Eagles go into the District 23 test with a 6-11 record. In their last test, North Bullitt was trounced by Waggener (Louisville, KY), 85-69, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 3-15 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin County for a District 41 test on Friday, February 2. Frankfort will encounter a Flyers squad coming off a 89-65 non-league loss to George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY). The Flyers record now stands at 13-9.
