Michigan High School Basketball - Valley Lutheran fells Bullock Creek

Valley Lutheran Chargers (Saginaw, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Bullock Creek Lancers (Midland, MI), 62-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Valley Lutheran upgrades its record to 7-6 on the season. The Chargers host Ithaca (Ithaca, MI) to play the Yellowjackets in a Tri-Valley - Blue bout on Friday, February 2. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Ithaca lost 57-47 in their recent league bout against Hemlock (Hemlock, MI)

Next up, the Lancers play the Standish-Sterling Panthers (Standish, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Bullock Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 53-47 non-league win over Michigan Lutheran Seminary (Saginaw, MI).
