In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Calera Bulldogs (Calera, OK) basketball squad nipped the host Coalgate Wildcats (Coalgate, OK), by a margin of 41-35.

The Bulldogs (10-12) will now prepare for their outing against Tushka (Atoka, OK). The Tigers go into the Bryan County outing with a 10-12 record. In their last outing, Tushka got by Buffalo Valley (Talihina, OK), 47-40, in a non-league outing.

The Wildcats now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they travel to Savanna for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 1. Coalgate will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 61-32 league win over Haileyville (Haileyville, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-11.
