The Steeleville Warriors (Steeleville, IL) basketball knocked off the host Cobden Appleknockers (Cobden, IL), 43-35 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Warriors (12-12) will now prepare for their test against Valmeyer (Valmeyer, IL). The Pirates go into the Cahokia - Kaskaskia test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Valmeyer went down by Gibault Catholic (Waterloo, IL), 49-37, in a non-league test.
