In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Custer Wildcats (Custer, SD) basketball squad beat the visiting Douglas Patriots (Box Elder, SD), by a margin of 66-55.
The Wildcats (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Hot Springs (Hot Springs, SD). The Bison go into the A Region 8 outing with a 9-3 record. In their last outing, Hot Springs was topped by Sioux Valley (Volga, SD), 66-55, in a non-league outing.
The Patriots now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Hot Springs for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 6. Douglas will clash with a Bison squad coming off a 50-48 league win over Custer (Custer, SD). The Bison record now stands at 10-3.
