The Field Falcons basketball team (Mogadore, OH), was overwhelmed 80-44 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Mogadore Wildcats (Mogadore, OH)
The Wildcats now possess a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeast for a Portage Trail battle on Friday, February 2. Mogadore will confront a Pirates team coming off a 58-47 non-league loss to Crestwood (Mantua, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 7-8.
The Falcons (3-13) will now prepare for their battle against Coventry (Akron, OH). The Comets come into the Metro battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Coventry was overwhelmed by Northwest (Canal Fulton, OH), 65-57, in a non-league battle.
