The Nashua South Purple Panthers basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Goffstown Grizzlies to 52 in the Purple Panthers league victory on Tuesday.

The Purple Panthers now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bedford for a Division I match on Friday, February 2. Nashua South will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 76-50 league win over Winnacunnet (Hampton, NH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-0.

With the defeat, Goffstown moves to 4-7 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Dover (Dover, NH) to meet the Green Wave in a Division I match on Friday, February 2. The Green Wave enter the match with a record of 7-5. Dover won 63-61 in their recent league match against Bishop Guertin (Nashua, NH)
