In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Hankinson Pirates basketball team scored a decisive 64-42 triumph over the Maple Valley Raiders.
In their next game, the Pirates meet the Maple River Eagles (Mapleton, MN) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 30. Hankinson will attempt to better on its 11-2 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 16-17 record after their 74-44 non-league win over Randolph (Randolph, MN).
With the defeat, Maple Valley moves to 5-8 on the year. The Raiders travel to Richland (Colfax, ND) to meet the Colts in a B District 1 match on Friday, February 2. The Colts enter the match with a record of 4-11. Richland lost 63-42 in their recent league match against Sargent County (Milnor, ND)
