South Carolina High School Basketball - Hawthorne Christian Academy overwhelmed by Richard Winn Academy

The Richard Winn Academy Eagles basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Hawthorne Christian Academy Hawks to 25 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 18-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to King Academy for a SCISA A Region IV contest on Thursday, February 1. Richard Winn Academy will battle a Knights team coming off a 52-36 league loss to Newberry Academy (Newberry, SC). The Knights record now stands at 2-14.
The Hawks (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Union Christian Day (Union, SC). The Eagles come into the South Carolina Christian A - Region 2 contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Union Christian Day triumphed over Varsity Opponent (, ), 64-37, in a non-league contest.
