In Tuesday's league outing, the Iowa City West Trojans (Iowa City, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Western Dubuque Bobcats (Epworth, IA), by a count of 75-48.
The Trojans (15-1) will now prepare for their outing against Liberty (North Liberty, IA). The Lightning go into the Mississippi Valley outing with a 6-9 record. In their last outing, Liberty smashed Wahlert (Dubuque, IA), 68-63, in a league outing.
The Bobcats now hold a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Wahlert for a Mississippi Valley outing on Friday, February 2.
