The John Adams Rebels basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Max S. Hayes Lakers to 52 in the Rebels league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rebels now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Marshall for a Senate contest on Friday, February 2. John Adams will battle a Lawyers team coming off a 76-43 non-league loss to Cornerstone Christian (Willoughby, OH). The Lawyers record now stands at 8-10.

The Lakers (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Glenville (Cleveland, OH). The Tarblooders enter the Senate contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Glenville triumphed over Campus International (Cleveland, OH), 91-12, in a league contest.
