With the win, Lake Worth Christian upgrades its record to 15-8 on the season. The Defenders host Greenacres Christian (Greenacres, FL) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Greenacres Christian won 82-68 in their recent non-league bout against Berean Christian (West Palm Beach, FL)

Next up, the Lions clash with the St. John Paul II Academy Eagles (Boca Raton, FL) in a 3A District 13 bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Somerset Academy Key will attempt to upgrade on its 10-14 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 10-10 record after their 75-69 non-league loss to Cardinal Newman (West Palm Beach, FL).
