The Eagles (4-14) will now prepare for their outing against St. Thomas More (Champaign, IL). The Sabers go into the Illini Prairie outing with a 15-8 record. In their last outing, St. Thomas More was tipped by Illinois Valley Central (Chillicothe, IL), 46-43, in a league outing.

The Sages now hold a 11-11 record. They play next when they host Athens for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 3. Monticello will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 53-51 league win over Maroa-Forsyth (Maroa, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 15-10.
